Yeo Jeong Woo attended the best medical school in the nation and was consistently the top student during his school years. Nowadays, Jeong Woo is a well-liked plastic surgeon. His life is going well, but it takes a turn for the worst after an unexplained medical incident. He encounters Nam Ha Neul at this point. He meets her while he is at his lowest moment in life; she used to be his competition. Ha Neul is an anesthesiologist by profession. People referred to her as a genius when she was a child because of her extraordinary intelligence. She put a lot of study into becoming a doctor. Her life is limited to job and school. She has no leisure time to enjoy herself. Ha Neul decides to change her life after realizing one day that she is unhappy with it. She is having one of the worst experiences of her life when she meets Jeong Woo at this time. As they console one another, a love bond develops between them.
